Pharma Test DSR-M Tablet Dissolution Sampling Robot

The DSR-M automated dissolution sampling robot is designed specifically for the sample transfer and sample processing from a 6 to 8 (DSR-M8) or a 12 to 13 (DSR-M13) vessel dissolution bath. This unique and versatile instrument allows collecting, dilution and/or processing samples over very short time intervals. It can also be used for dissolution medium replenishment to conform to USP/EP volume loss rules. For media replacement, the CAT-MRM module is used and eliminates the need for separate refilling tubing lines compared to conventional offline systems. For more information on the DSR-M visit: https://www.pharma-test.de/en/products/dissolution-testing/offline-automated-dissolution-systems/p-dsr-m-dissolution-sampling-robot/ CONTENT: - 00:16 Edit the method using the instruments keypad - 00:33 Safety switches prevent starting the instrument in case the racks are not inserted correctly - 00:44 The samples are withdrawn from the dissolution bath and collected into the vials inside the DSR-M collection rack - 01:13 The sampled volume is automatically replaced into the dissolution vessels; a dedicated pump fills the replacement media container (optional) - 01:22 The collected samples can be transferred into the second rack to perform a dilution step (optional) - 01:34 The universal racks can be converted to be used with HPLC vials instead of open vials with a few simple steps - 01:47 The individual needle can pierce cross slit closed vials - 02:10 DSR-M includes an integrated report printer - 02:21 The CAT-M piston pump module is fully integrated into the DSR-M housing - 02:28 The MFC-12 manual filter changer is used to add filtration to the sampling process (optional) - 02:35 Standard round filter suitable for HPLC analysis can be inserted and removed easily - 02:57 The collection area of the DSR-M is easily accessible to take out the racks or to clean the instrument
